Vintage 7.62x54r ammo question

I was recently given 4 boxes as well as 3 stripper clips that aren't in a box of old ammo that is apparently Russian, stamped 38/39, but is in the boxes I attached. One box was still sealed and I opened it to find that it has Russian ammo in the stripper clips, but should be Finnish according to the box. Some stripper clips have G.W.S on them, some nothing, and some have a T, with a triangle around that, and circle around all of it. Trying to figure out what's up with these. Anyone know history, and/or value? I really don't need them and would like to sell them, but have no clue what they are even worth. Thanks for any info.
