4-16x50 or 6-24x50 would be my two choices. Either one will get the job done for sure. They both have ample elevation and both are great optics, use a 20 moa base and a good set of rings.
You will probably have to bring down your point of impact, but on the Vortex you have enough elevation control to do it. I do have a buddy of mine that uses a 30moa base and he has run out of adjustment at 100 yards.
