This is a like new Vortex holographic sight and 3x magnifier. This is a refurbished unit which carries the full Vortex warranty. I've not had issues with the battery draining as others have noted. Includes the UH-1 cover piece. The magnifier is setup with the lower 1/3 spacer to match the UH-1, and to pivot to the left which is easily reversible.
