Rifle Scopes Vortex Gen. II 1-6x24 Reticle

Yes or no, does this scope have a wire reticle?? Is this an actual drop in the scope's quality? Thank you for any help.

I just wish that Vortex would offer this scope in something more versatile than the bdc reticle. Yeah, yeah it IS marketed towards 3 gun, but they would sell a shit ton of them with a mil/mil reticle. It does look like a nice scope, but the bdc's never seem to work all that great for me unless I zero at some oddball distance. I think they got everything right except the reticle.
