Rifle Scopes Vortex Mil-Dot Diagram Wrong?

At the link below, is it just me or is the diagram for .75 mil actually showing 1 mil? It appears to be mid-dot to mid-dot. I just happened to be looking around and checked out this diagram for no apparent reason. Also, what is the descernable difference between a Viper PST and some of the Bushnell Elites or Leupolds?

I have a PST 4-16 and some Leupold Mark 4's, they are fairly similar in quality based on my experience. I have shot both in the same day, but have not done any side by side comparison testing.
