Just a quick shout out to the Vortex Razor Spotter. I first got to look through one at Rifles Only last year and had it side by side with the $5,000 Hensoldt. The Vortex really held its own, it was very impressive.
I finally got around to picking up my own Vortex and I couldn't be happier. I've owned two Leica spotters, a Swaro and a Leupold 12-40 over the years. I have to say that so far the best value with outstanding clarity is the Vortex, it's every bit as good a spotter as my others were, just a lot cheaper. It also comes with the soft case which is like a $100 add for the Leica/Swaro, so another bonus.
Lastly, one very important thing that isn't even an option on the Leica or Swaro, I added the mrad reticle.....simply awesome.
I'll try to get some through the spotter pictures of that reticle this weekend, this is all I have for now.
