Vudoo repair suggestions

I bought a left handed Vudoo BA from the classifieds a while back. I eventually got around to setting it up only to find it won’t extract a fired round. Cleaned it, de gunned the bolt and extractor but to no avail. I need to get it up and running and would also like to get a new barrel installed. Any suggestions on who can help me with this?
