Vudoo Single Shot Adapter?

Anyone know of where I can buy a Vudoo Single Shot mag / adapter? I know a guy was selling them here, but he unfortunately passed. Is anyone else making them?

I'd like to order from someone that also sells the standard plastic Vudoo mags. I just got my first Vudoo and would like more than 1 mag.
