Accessories Want to buy, Proof carbon fiber blank 6.5 8 twist Sendero light

Guys, I am hoping to have a rifle built for my wife, I have found everything except for the barrel.
I am looking for a new Proof carbon blank, in 6.5, 8 twist Sendero light and finish at 20" to 24'' max. Would anyone know where to look? or does anyone have one they would be interested in selling?
