Warwick tactical a local to me machine shop that already makes ar lowers and uppers, 1911, and 2011s looks like they are getting into the bolt action game. Tough game to break into. The market is pretty saturated with R700 clones.

In order to make a splash you have to either be really innovative or priced very competitively. Or both.
