Washington State has figured out a way to reduce crime that just costs money.

Well not so much reduce crime as it is to predict where to set up road side revenue generation.
Buying old cell phone data to see who was Speeding where or talking on the phone while driving . And of course they swear the data is anonymous and no legal action will be taken - so no one can figure out why exactly they spent money on years old cellular data . But I’m sure profit is the underlaying motive.

Hell, just the fact that people demand and purchase 'smart' Cars. They have already willingly chosen given up their personal privacy, because all new Vehicles manufactured, are ALL personal data mining machines .
