Anybody ever hear about the WASP gas injection knife?If so,are they as effective as the company claims?

I did a review on them for Tactical Knives magazine and will say that it worked as they said it would. Now you have to decide if it solves a problem that does not exist. No way am I going to go after a shark with one! Watermelon yes, sharks no! In most cases you will be using a reversed grip to stab with. The air release can not be operated in this grip. Plus keep in mind that you have about a 2 second burst of air and then you are back to a normal knife. The two faults that I found is there is no safety on the push button to release the air and at the time of the review the knife did not come with a sheath. The aftermarket sheaths I tried would all activate the push button.
