Has anyone had this done from freedomgraphix.com or hydro-dip.com? I've got a H-S stock coming and this looks pretty cool. Will it last? Should it be clear coated or anything?

Pics??????????

Re: Water transfer, multicam camo? Anyone?

I have had lots of experience with the film dips, and I don't care for them. My archery equipment is film dipped camo, and the grip areas are all worn. If you even touch it with bug spray on your hands, it turns the dip into a sticky mess. The undercoating is white or cream color and it looks like crap when it wears. This is on $1200 factory finished bows, and none are much more durable than the rest. I would only do ceracoat or similar baked on finishes from now on.

It is where the HK hook hits the stock.

Paint of dip you will have the same results (inherent to the AICS design).

I have several stocks that Freedom has dont and with the exception of that point of contact they are holding up great. Call Hondo and he will take good care of you.

They already clear coat them after they have been dipped.
