BRINGING A TRIGGER LOCK TO A GUN FIGHT

----------
“Kentucky law states an individual is justified in the use of physical force upon another when the individual believes such force is necessary to protect against the use of unlawful force by another person,” said Sanders.

-----
Taylor was taken into custody and questioned by detectives before being released Friday evening
-----

“So that does not make his reaction unreasonable or unlawful,” he continued. “In fact, anyone who has a gun pointed at him should always assume the gun is loaded.”

To other state/local governments: Do you see how the application of common sense laws and reasonable judging of incidents have just earned the government of the state of Kentucky a whopping load of support and kudos from it's residents as well as people all over the country?

----------
Kentucky no longer requires a permit to carry concealed weapons and does not require guns to be registered.

YEEEE HAW! (y)

just for the record, he does not represent tikka owners, the rifle had to be stolen

Driving around while smashed drunk to the point that he felt it was a great idea to start an accident and then point a rifle at the victim of his own reckless behavior, does not sound like ANY gun owners I know...

"If you just practice removing the trigger lock, along with racking the slide, as part of your draw stroke... you're every bit as fast."

Why even have the slide on? Tbh could draw the grip module slip the slide on, insert mag and rack it in one smooth stroke.

Glad to see the neighboring county attorney did the right thing. They are pretty good about getting things right here.

(Slight edit in bold on my part).
Although really bad, the trigger lock is still not the worst thing to bring to a gunfight. The attitude described above is.
