I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this question but I'm looking for an app or download that shows me my current altitude, pressure and other DETAILED weather conditions not just temperature

You're not looking for an app, you're looking for a weather meter. If your phone doesn't have a barometer feature built into it, you're not going to get that.
Get a Kestrel or start wearing a Casio Pathfinder/Suunto watch.

Yeah, cant see an app giving you any actual data outside of metservice feeds. Weather meters being as cheap as they are these days its definetly the way to go.

It really depends on where you shoot. I f you are really close to a town you can get a weather app that would give you data for that town and that would get you close. If you are out in the country a ways then you are better off getting a weather meter.
