Have a beautiful rifle that has been well cared for and one owner that I'd like to move. It's a bit of an oddity as well.
So for sale today is a Weatherby MK V Varmintmaster in 22-250.
GORGEOUS bluing
Beautiful stock finish
Approximately 1000 rounds through it
Leupold Scope bases/rings
Leupold 8.5-25x50 Vari-X 3 LR (Duplex reticle)
It was only used for hunting and otherwise a safe queen. The little amount of research I've done shows these were made in both Japan with a 24" barrel and Germany with a 26" barrel. What makes this odd is that it's a Japan marked but has the 26" barrel. It's a LASER. Apparently there were very few made in this configuration, approximately 25? I've called Weatherby and they gave me a large amount of this information.
I'd like a nice quick sale as I no longer have use for this gun, as I have built a replacement.
