Where is the best place to have a Weaver T 10 over hauled, Iron Site looked like a maybe if they are still in business??

There is a place in California or there abouts out west that specializes in steel Weavers.
It looks an awesome place and people that have used them swear by them.

This is the place you want to go and the place I was thinking of.
I understand they can put a mil dot reticle into a T-10.
I have a beautiful NOS T-10 that I would love to get some mil dots in just to forgo the dialing.
