Good, or cheap?

The LaRue STOMP will probably be your best bet, or go with a Badger EFR or the type.

Best Mil-spec and most expensive that will really hold abuse
Ireally dont want to start messing with my stock and get something that conects to the weaver rail permenantly attached to my rifle
