Suppressors Weird poi issue

I just my stamp for my form 1 quell tech mod-u-less. I took it to the range today and it just sucks. It shot 4 mils low and 4 mils left from my normal poi. It also wouldnt group for shit either. I am stumpped why this is doing this. My other form 1 can shoots great.

the group on the upper right is my quite bore can and the group on the lower left is my quell tech.

That can looks to have a lot of fit by threads, any chance there is a loose fit in one area or another? Maybe something isn’t meshing completely square and allowing it to walk between shots. Specifics on the build? Baffle bore size, what style of clips, etc... Have you compared the weight of the two cans?

For sure, but I am baffled why 2 of the 3 cans shoot great and the other is terrible
