Weird POI shift?

I was shooting my .25 creedmoor today and had a crazy POI shift. Have any of you had that happen or any ideas? 600 rounds on the barrel at the start of the day. Cleaned 65 rounds ago. 45ish° outside and waiting 5 minutes or so between groups and velocity of all were 2780-2810fps. Notice the POI starts walking at group 5 to 7. All groups shot modified prone from bench, 5 shot groups at 100 yards. Also all ammo loaded today. Scope and mount are tight, I'm lost.

Check your receiver screws too. I had one come loose this summer and it wrecked me.

Group 2 is just as far off as 5, that’s over .1mil off POA.

Was the barrel ambient temp for all of them?

I would retorque everything. What action and optic are you using?

Be sure you inspect the receiver screws. This summer, mine came loose, and I almost got wrecked.
