I have found the 190smk, 155.5berger & 185jugg do really good at staying stable and predictable through transonic speeds..
The 168hybrid does not...
What other 30cal. bullets do this ??

Berger 175 OTM.
Have you tried Sierra Tipped Match Kings? I just bought a hundred 168 TMKs to try out of a 26-inch 1-10 twist (haven't shot them yet).

Write-ups are showing the 168 TMKs go past 1,000 out of a 308 bolt gun (as opposed to 168 Match Kings which went wonky on my brother out of his 26-inch 700 at around 850 at Camp Perry). Curious how they'll act through trans-sonic velocity.

They're longer than 175 Match Kings but have shorter bearing surface.

No I haven’t. I accumulated enough 175s to last me for a while. I kinda don’t like plastic tip bullets because the tips often break off during feeding in an AR rifle. I want to minimize the variety of bullets I have and just stick to one kind per caliber.

Same here (with the 175s), but I saw the 168 TMKs on the shelf in my local gun shop and thought, "Huh. Guys seem to like them."

I tried Sierra 155 Palmas and Lapua 155 Scenars from 12-twist 20- and 16-inch ARs and couldn't seem to get them to perform to 700-800 yards at 5,000 feet elevation, either (against big-ass steel E-types, vice bullseye X-rings). Designed for long-barrel bolt guns, I don't think I can push them fast enough from a gas-operated AR.

I have shot the 178-eld-m out to 1354 on steel targets and they shot very well at 2720avg fps. I had 6 out 10 hits. There was very little wind that but all round great bullet. 175 smk is the work horse of .30 cal bullets it just works.. Oh the 1354 target is 30x35.
