What aftermarket trigger for m77 Hawkeye, easiest install

Friend of mine wants the replace his trigger in m77 hawkeye. Needs to be simple to installed, no stock or safety modifications, he doesn’t work on guns and due to where he lives sending to smith isnt an option.

What’s the best trigger option

The rifle basix removes the light filing for the safety of the timney by replacing it with a jam nut. I can’t speak to the triggers quality of feel like I can the timney but I’m sure it’s just fine.

I replaced the spring in mine with one from Ernie the gunsmith and it feels great for a hunting rifle. They are 8 bucks on his website. I would try that before dropping 100 plus.

I would try the drop in spring with factory trigger. I tried some aftermarket triggers on my Hawkeye 3006 and the tolerances stacked up such they were unusable.
