Rifle Scopes What brand are these rings?

I just got a set of rings included with a scope trade and the original owner wasn't sure of their make. Neither am I! They appear to be Warne and some type of dove tail style rail. Also, they have a built in lug and have Torx screws.

I have a set of Warne QD rings and they are much better quality than these.

What do you all think?
