Debating about a new build, I have a 6.5 Lapua that shoots in the .1’s and .2’s and a reworked 308 that’s in the .2’s and .3’s. So here’s the question, what will a new 308 do that the 6.5 wont?....Trying to justify the new 308 build, when I already have a one. That damn stiller group buy and the fact that I want a McMillan A-5. I like the Manners T2-A on my Lapua, but have always wanted an A-5. Any thoughts….If not a 308 then what? I thought about a 300 Win Mag…Maybe 338, though I can really only shoot out to around 600 in my area, 800 Max (maybe)

i think a 308 falls out of the sky at 476 yards, give or take, so i'd go bigger, bigger is always better my momma always said
