What Factory Rifle for ELR - 375CT or similar

What factory rifles are being used for ELR? I checked out several at SHOT and I have to say everything is expensive and also very nice. I was looking at:

-Cadex
-Victrix
-Mcmillan

what are opinions of actual users?

Why does it have to be factory? If it were me and my money, I wouldn't get any of those.

I would get a custom built rifle by Robert Vestal or someone familiar with the .375 family of cartridges.

I suppose it wouldn't have to be a factory rifle, just trying to get a feel for how these would do. At the price point of these a custom could very well be about the same $$$
