If I already have a stock inletted and have a Badger efr, what glue or epoxy is used to install it?

Something with a long work time. You just don't want to be rushed is all. Regular old JB Weld from an auto parts store will do you just fine.
In addition to what Chad said, Devcon Plastic Steel Putty, Marinetex and Brownell's Acraglas are all good bedding epoxy. JB weld is probably going to be the least expensive and most readily available. I haven't used JB for bedding much and I'm not sure if they make it in black, which would be my first choice.

I just bedded my TL2A .223 with Devcon Titanium Putty in my new Manners T2A this weekend. I ran a sample test first because the Devcon was 15 years old, no kidding. Worked liked a champ. Wouldn't have normally done that, but I had a bunch of various types of epoxy sitting around. I suppose the moral to the story is dont toss your old epoxy until you test it out with a trial run.
