What hearing protection for youth?

My son is 6 and with his first trip to the range I gave him some ear muffs that did the job but they are too big and got in his way when he was trying to look through the scope. I tried switching to ear plugs but they were too big and would not stay in.

I saw the ones from Remington but tey have bad reviews.

Anyone have anything that works good for kids? I would like to stay with electronic if they are not too expensive.

If you want electronic you might try the Pelter Tac 6; they should adjust OK to fit. Peltor, and probably others, also offer non electronic muffs in a youth size. Years ago my daughter used a youth Peltor set we bought at Walmart but they don't carry them anymore, at least not around here.

Peltor, we got a pair for my granddaughter to wear while tailgating at the Watkins Glen Indy race.
