Rifle Scopes What height scope rings ?

I have a Leupold VX-R 4-12x50mm I want to mount on my LR 308. I'm looking at the weaver picatinny rings. They don't list on their website the actual high of the rings, just low medium and high. Does anyone have experience with these rings and may be able to suggest which height would work best ? What height rings are you using on your LR ?

You need just about the tallest damn ring money can buy to go on a flat top AR. 1.375-1.5" are typical heights for a flat top. I doubt the rings you mention will work for your application.
