Been mulling over this one after reading a few different takes. It has so many angles to be played it's comical.

In short, a “sleeper” case stemming from the apparent murder of a Columbia University professor six decades ago could keep Mueller from publishing information about the Trump campaign and Russia that he obtains through the grand jury. If an appeals court set to hear the murder-related case next month sides with the Justice Department and rules that judges don’t have the freedom to release grand jury information that is usually kept secret, it could preclude any plans Mueller has to issue a public report on his findings.

For a special counsel to not locate the hidden demons is seen as failure. This is a, potentially, convenient cover? The timing, circumstances, and obscurity of it all is more than any soberness I have left can stand.

Mueller and his troupe of merry men quickly gave up on any sort of Russia-Trump investigation and went searching for DT's ghost of pussy past. At this point I think Mueller may not want to say much about his findings. The peyote induced story conjured by MMM witch doctors in the absence of a public report would likely be far more thrilling, and more inspirational in the chants for impeachment. In fact, I think the absence of a report will inspire a communist burning man festival on the White House lawn where Bernie gets a concussion in the mosh pit, Hillary will break her neck after a crowd surfing fail, and lots of people will burn at various stakes.
