Night Vision What in the heck is this scopes model?

A friend sent this to me asking what it is. He said it has no other markings that he could find.

Looks like a Czech surplus PN5 that has had some conversion work done on it.

Oldelft HV 5x80 gen1 weapon sight. Link doesn’t work anymore but there was a discussion about one here a handful of years ago

edit: type starlight scopes and it should be the 3rd or 4th result. Thread is still there

This is NOT Czech republic army NV device. As you can see, it is ZRAK made scope, so it is Bosnia and Herzegovina located company.
