What is all the prompt text in ad's and pay it forward?????????????

I have noticed all this extra prompt computer garbage in the ads etc that makes reading really hard.Cant something be done to get rid of this text that is totally unecesssary for the ad or something you write.

I believe he's referring to the sporadic html code in posts that transferred over. Older posts with quotes for example.
