What is considered accurate

What sort of groups would you expect from a custom tactical rifles?I have seen some smiths guarentee 3/8 groups at 100 yards as long as you do your part. My bench rifles can do it pretty easy but should I expect the same from a tactical? What about 200 and 300 yards

Pfft that's sloppy, add a few more zeros in there.

All kidding aside, usually a good custom gun such as one from GA Precision or other gunsmiths like them guarantee 1/2 MOA at 100 yards with match ammo. Most of them do much better than that when you do your part.
