I was thinking it was like if I worked up a max load in cold conditions that on a really hot day it might push me over the threshold. Is this correct?

When a powder is temperature insensitive, it means that on a balls ass freezing day its the same or very very close to the same on a hot as hell day.

A powder is temperature insensitive when the firing pressure is the same in freezing temperatures as it is in 100dF heat. A powder is temperature sensitive when the above is not the case.
