hey guys, i have a little problem.
I recently switched to a mil/mil scope and love it but I can't figure out how to calculate the size of my targets, I have one that is .5 mil accross and .3 mil high at 429 yds, what size is it and how do I calculate the dimensions
TIA.

Re: what is the formula?

I just uploaded a really good document I had that you should check out. (Mils and MOA) Read this throughly, and if you still have questions there are tons of people (including myself) that can help.

<span style="color: #3333FF"><span style="font-weight: bold">1 mil = 3.6" per 100 yard</span></span>

0.5 mil x 0.3 mil @ 429 yards
= 2.145 mil x 1.287 @ 100 yards
= 7.712" x 4.63"
