Taking a look at it, it looks like LC factory seconds similar to the 5.56 seconds, hence not having the actual M118LR label. They'll have discoloration and small dings in the brass. Should shoot just fine, but they won't be the prettiest ammo of the bunch and you'll have the crimped primers to deal with if you're reloading the brass.
