No, I'm pretty sure it's dunzo, if you check out the product pages for the NXS scopes they don't list the MLR as an option, only the MIL-R.
"not necessarily" was based on the second link I posted - there are lots of reticles listed as "discontinued" but that particular one wasn't - maybe not currently marketed but might be able to special order (dont know, just speculating based on weak evidence) or just their website is out of date...
