What profile scope rings for M1A?

...I have a new M1A and pla n to mount a 50mm scope. What hight rings would work best...???...

...I have the SA factory aluminum base that does not bridge the action...

Vortex "High" rings work well. I used them to mount a Vortex Viper PST on a low Bassett mount. I lapped the rings before installing them but solid and for the price worked well.

I have warne lows on a sadlak mount and a 56mm obj bell cleared the barrel fine but the scope sat too low for use of iron sights. Now I have a super sniper 6x42 (same rings+mount) and the irons are usable however the eyepiece is so large that I can't crank the rear sight up high enough to be really useful for anything.
