What rifle does this mag go with? What's it worth?

Going through some old supplies--ammo and such that's been in the family for a while. I found this mag and was wondering if anyone knew the gun it went to and what the mag is worth.

It says:
"Belgium
308
243"

Looks like a 5 rounder, but don't hold me to that.
