Rifle Scopes what scope to buy?

hey fellas i just dropped over $2000 on my custom stick and am not sure what scope i would want to put on it, a uso and s&b are out of the question lol. i was thinking either a nightforce 5.5 to 25 or a leupold mark 4. what other scopes are there that are just as good for around the same price?

Well i cant put in too much opinion as its limited but ive heard nothing but good things from the leupold mark 4 series optics

OP: You can not go wrong with a Nightforce offering.

thanks guys, i am really pushing towards a nf would a mil-dot reticel or the one with hash marks be better for tactical comp?

Congrats on the 2K you spent, but it may help to specify what "stick" you bought and what you plan on using it for.

o sorry semperfidawg, i have a surgeon action, kreiger barrel in 6.5 creedmore, mcmillian a4 stock, and cdi bottom metal. i am building it myself for up at reade range for next year and some long range shooting.

Also Leupold is coming out with the M5 turrets that are going to be 1/10MIL. I'm really looking forward to getting them in stock.

Leupold customer service is great, they will even fix the same scope several time in a row for you... I'm not familiar with NF or S&B service, as I have not had to send one of those back yet.
