Try shopping for Warner rear sights. They dont even come with diopters. Just the sight body...

Warner offers CW knobs which work with my brain.

Just buy an old target rifle with the sights already fitted. You've then got the perfect platform for your desire to use iron sights. It'll also probably be cheaper than buying a new set of diopoter sights. Unless you go for something like the Williams fire sights.
