What size scope rings!

I have a leupold mk 4 lr/t its a 30mm tube w/ 40mm objective. i am mounting it on a scout squad with a springfield armory full length cluster rail on it. so basically it looks like a socom II i just tried badger ord. standard rings and they were too low, my objective and ocular lens were resting on the picatinny rail. What size rings do i need. Im going with either badger or leupold rings possibly the usmc dmr rings by badger

If you have a set of rings now you can mount the bases on the rifle. Lay a straight edge in the bases and measure down to your rail. Look up the dimensions for rings and scope on leupy's website.
