What Trigger For A Win M70 Build?

I have sent my Winchester M70 Post 64 out to Hart Barrels to be rebarrel. Now I am thinking, while it's there being rebarrelled, and pillar and glass bedded to a new stock, why not have them install a new trigger? I am also going to be upgrading to a CDI DMB. I had looked at Jewell, and Timney triggers.
What would you guys recommend?

Why the win factory trigger is an excercise in simple ellegance.Just have it adjusted properly and your gtg.

M70 stock triggers are more than great for your needs. Don't feel you need aftermarket triggers with a Winny.

On the rare occasion that I opt out of the factory trigger, I use the Timney. If the factory trigger is set up properly, it's not only rock solid, but it's as crisp as any aftermarket trigger....

Thanx guys.... I'm going to go with my gut, and keep the stock trigger. This way there won't be the shaving and drilling called for in the Timney instructions.....

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Timney and Jewell. However, I have had a few factory triggers reworked, and they generally turn out pretty nice at less cost.

If not factory--then go with a Rifle Basix. It is pretty much a factory trigger made more readily adjustable.

I bought a Model70 new in 1984 and had the trigger adjusted to 3lbs at that time. It was great then and has gotten better over time.
