For the translation (I'm on Android running Chrome) long press on the picture press Search image with Google lens. Scroll over to translate. You can also do an image search through Google images as well. Isn't really reliable for Motivational pic thread type images.

Google translate app is pretty good for translating with your phone camera as well. Keeps the translation in the same area as the original text so drawing look pretty good as well. I've used it at work for translating a German manual for an accessory for our Studer s41 grinder.
