When Does the 2021 PRS Season Get Posted?

I just registered for 2021, and the only things posted for 2021 in my regional series are for Alaska. When do matches start getting posted for next season?

Every individual series posts their own matches, so you should see them start to trickle in from Dec-Jan

Also, when does the updated rulebook get released?
With lead times and all it takes 6+ weeks to build a rifle or even just rebarrel. It would be nice to know if they are going to add new classes or change the production or tac class rules.
