When will the FN PSR 3 be available for purchase.

I noticed the PSR 3 in the FN catalog, but that may not mean much. Does anyone have any information on this.

Also...would an A5 for $2,000 be a better way to go. I know that the PSR 3 would serve a different purpose...but I really like the features of the A5 as well.
