Monex.com is a good source, and if you play in their world they pay a premium over what other places will pay. Not a bad place to pick up some bullion though even if you aren't going to trade, and just hold onto it.
If you are holding coin for a SHTF situation, I would make sure you get 'useable' denominations (silver coins might be better suited) as if currency became useless, not likely to get much change for a 1 ounce gold coin...
If you are just using it to hedge your investments, then disregard my mumbling about the collapse of currency LOL
