Just getting in to the 22lr thing and am wondering how you are going about getting ammo to test and then being able to buy more of that lot. I know I can find some of the ammo to test at various places online, but if no one around me has it, how do you go about getting that same lot again? Any places do this or offer any sample packs to buy?

Anschutz North America does a test brick. 10 different lots and 500 total rounds. You shoot it and call us and order whatever specific lot number you need. We import RWS rimfire ammo so we don’t have Lapua/SK/Eley etc

Thank you! I will definitely check in to that!

Killough Shooting Supply will let you order Tenex and Match by lot number straight from the website. Good Shooting will do as well but they are a small shop so selection can be pretty slim.

Freelands Sports LLC (Utica, OH) has a nice stockpile of good ammo. Currently running sales on Eley as they are pushing out the not so old stuff out and bringing in the newest batches and they said the prices will be a lot higher than we seen lately.
