I recommend George Talia at Gunslingers. He's very nice to deal with, and his prices are competitive.
For the non-standard (i.e. not supplied by DTA) caliber conversion kits - like .260 Rem I haven't used his services yet, but he sounds good - and I've heard from others who use his caliber conversion kits.

FWIW-you can order the barrel extensions directly from DTA and get a barrel made up in the correct contour from Kreiger and pretty much any smith can chamber it if you are looking for a non standard caliber

Adam, good info - thanks!
But two points: (b) for some calibers only the barrel + extension is needed - for others one may need all the shabang: barrel+extension, bolt, magazine. Not sure how easy it is to get a bolt and magazines made for a "non-covered" caliber.
