Where to start ?

Just got done building a custom 10/22.Boyd Blaster stock,Kidd barrel,receiver,bolt,single stage trigger,Mueller APV scope with weaver rings.Finally quit raining here in Ohio yesterdayso i was able to try this thing out.At 25yrds can't get on the paper hitting way low.The only way i could get it to hit i had to loosen everything up and i put a 1/4" shim under barrel then it was still 12"low left.Never built a gun before so any info would be deeply appreciated Thanks

Scope base is machined to the receiver so that isn't a opction,but thanks anyhow.

You have a KIDD Barrel AND Receiver? Sounds like the barrel isn't fully seated if it has that much barrel droop. I would call Tony and ask him. He'll probably tell you to ship it to him.

Can you snap some pics of the receiver/barrel?
