I am going to start shooting my Noveske more and was wondering what dies you guys are using? I was looking at the Redding full length bushing die with the micrometer seating but that just seems like overkill for what I'm using it for.

Depends on what you are using it for. When shooting my PacNor/ARP, I want the most accuracy and use the Redding Type S set 36259 with a Ti nitride .300" bushing. I have a set of Lee dies also, if you are using one bullet and the same settings(ogive), those work fine.

I like the micrometer setting on the Type S for trying different loads. It really helps when changing the ogive lengths.

Check out the reloading section of 68forums also, lots of info there.

I have a Noveske 16" Recon in 6.8. As much as some will laugh I'm using a set of Lee dies and I have no problem getting Sub MOA out to 300 yards with it. Beyond that I've never tried much for groups just work on banging steel. A 12" plate poses no problem at 500-600 yards. I've mainly been using the 115gr Nosler Custom Competition bullets with Reloader 10X. I don't load them terribly hot but they are pretty accurate.
